SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH IN MUSIC

If you love heavy music, you know it's about more than noise. It's about the community, shared experiences and the feeling that you've found your place.

Behind every gig, show and festival are musicians, crew and countless others whose passion keeps our scene alive. But working in music isn't always easy. It can be unpredictable, high-pressure and isolating. Long hours and financial uncertainty can also take their toll.

That's why supporting mental health in music isn't just something we talk about — it's at the heart of what we do. From donating 5% of every order to Music Minds Matter to championing grassroots artists through events like Fresh Blood and TOCstock, we're committed to giving back to the music community we couldn't live without.

Music Minds Matter is the charity dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of everyone working in music.

From musicians and sound engineers to tour managers, promoters, venue workers and everyone else who helps bring music to life, the charity provides a place to turn when support is needed most.

• 24/7 confidential support
A helpline for anyone working in music who needs someone to talk to.
• Professional advice and emotional support
Guidance from trained specialists who understand the unique pressures of working in the music industry.
• Free expert-led self-care sessions
Practical strategies for managing stress, setting healthy boundaries and staying well while working in music.

Every time you shop with TEN OF CLUBS, you're supporting Music Minds Matter and the vital work it does.

You're also championing grassroots artists through our live music events, creating opportunities for bands to perform, connect and grow. Every order strengthens the community that brings us together.

Thanks for helping us give back and make a difference.
