Shipping policy
TRACKED SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched from our UK studio.
Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation along with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
To help ensure prompt delivery, please make sure you provide your full and correct delivery address when placing your order.
UK SHIPPING
We offer free tracked shipping to UK mainland addresses.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
Estimated delivery times are usually 1–3 working days (Monday to Saturday), although delivery may occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide.
All international orders are fulfilled through our international ecommerce partner, Global-e. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping charges, duties and taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery destination.
All applicable duties, taxes and import charges are collected during checkout. International orders are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning there should be no additional charges to pay upon delivery.
We do not currently ship to all countries and territories. If your location is not available during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to fulfil your order at this time.
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and local carrier performance.
We are required to provide accurate customs information for all international shipments. We cannot declare orders as gifts or alter the declared value of goods.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live within 3 miles of TOC HQ (Bloxham, Banbury, UK), free local delivery is available. Where eligible, the local delivery option will appear during checkout after you enter your address.
Orders placed using local delivery are normally delivered on the next working day (Monday to Saturday), although delivery may occasionally take longer.
We'll email you when your order is on its way and again once it has been delivered.
If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your address is not eligible for local delivery.
PICKUP POINT DELIVERY
In certain countries, you may have the option to have your order delivered to a local pickup point rather than a residential address.
Where available, pickup point options will be displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address. If no pickup point options are shown, this service is not available for your location.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we work hard to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timescales, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Ten of Clubs Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, import procedures, carrier disruptions, severe weather, industrial action or actions of government authorities.
LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the relevant carrier.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbours or your local delivery office. If the parcel still cannot be found, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Claims relating to lost, damaged or missing deliveries should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the expected delivery date.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Shipping charges are refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
