Tracked shipping
All orders ship from our UK studio within 48 hours.
We’ll email you to let you know your order is on its way. You’ll be able to track it to your door.
To help ensure your order arrives promptly, please make sure you give us your full and correct address.
Domestic (UK) shipping rate
We offer free express shipping to UK mainland addresses, with no minimum spend.
Your orders will ship from our UK studio within 48 hours. You’ll be able to track your order to your door.
The typical delivery time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday), but it can sometimes take longer.
International shipping rates
We offer free shipping to international (non-UK) addresses for orders of £75 and above. For orders below the free shipping threshold, the following rates apply.

All international orders ship via Royal Mail International Tracked from our UK studio within 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that international shipments have to pass through customs, which can cause unexpected delays.
Depending on where you are in the world, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ten of Clubs Limited is not responsible for these charges, if applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
To the best of our knowledge, our international shipments have not previously incurred import duties — but that is not to say they won't in future. National rates and rules regarding customs duties are subject to change. You can easily check if duties are likely to be applied by searching online.
We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased. We cannot legally declare your order as a gift, so please don’t ask us to. We do things by the book.
Ten of Clubs Limited has no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and where we could not have taken reasonable steps to deal with the delay. For example, those resulting from customs clearance procedures, other actions of relevant authorities that are beyond our control, or resulting directly from your actions or omissions.
Pickup points
In certain countries, including the UK, you have the option of having your order shipped to a local pickup point instead of to your address. During checkout, enter your address and select your preferred delivery location. Standard shipping rates apply.
If the pickup point delivery option does not appear during checkout, it means we are not able to deliver to a pickup point where you are. Your order will instead be delivered to the address you provide.
Local delivery
If you live within 3 miles of TOC HQ (Bloxham, Banbury, UK), next day delivery is free. During checkout, enter your address and select the local delivery option as your shipping method.
We’ll delivery your order on the next working day (Monday to Saturday) or sooner. We’ll email you when your order is ready for delivery and again when we’ve delivered it.
If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Refunds & returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Please see our returns policy for details.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen packages
To safeguard your order in transit, we'll track it to your door.
If the tracking information states that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check that one of your lovely neighbours hasn't taken receipt of it for you.
We'll always do our best to help you find your package, but Ten of Clubs Limited is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen by porch pirates.
If you are still unable to locate your package, you should contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim. Details of the shipping carrier can be found in the shipping confirmation email we've sent you.
