What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Union Pay), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

We also accept payment by Klarna and Clearpay. These are buy now pay later (BNPL) services that let you shop now and pay for your order over time without interest.

When you shop with us, your payment information is secured with SSL encryption technology.

Will you be restocking a particular item?

If the product you want is sold out, make sure to sign up for restock notifications by clicking the button on the product's page of our website. We'll email you when it's back in stock.

If there's no restock notification button on the product page, the product will not be restocked, probably because it was a one-off or limited edition item.

Where will my order ship from?

All items ship direct from our UK studio in Banbury, England, within 48 hours.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship from our UK studio within 48 hours.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately with your order details.

If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to wait for it to be delivered and then return it for a refund. Please see our returns policy for more details.

I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email from us, this is likely because either your order was not actually placed and processed, or you entered an incorrect email address with your order.

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check to see that our email hasn't ended up in your spam folder.

If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact us.

We offer express shipping as standard. Your order will ship from our UK studio within 48 hours. We'll track it to your door.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will ship from our UK studio within 48 hours.

Can I track my order?

Yes, your order will be trackable. When we ship your order, we'll send you an email that includes your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.

It usually takes a few hours for tracking information to filter through, so don't panic if the link doesn't work immediately. Please check back later.

Will I have to pay import or customs duty?

Your order will ship from our UK studio. Orders shipped outside of the UK may incur an import and/or customs charge.

Depending on where you are in the world, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

As import and/or customs charges are dependent on the county the parcel is being shipped to, as well as the weight and value of its contents, we are unable to specify the exact cost of these charges, if applied.

National rules and rates regarding customs duties are subject to change, but you can easily check if duties are likely to be applied by searching the question online. We recommend you do so before placing your order with us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days after you receive your order to request a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?

To request a return, please log in to your account and select the item you want to return and your reason for doing so. Alternatively, you can contact us at collective@tenofclubs.co.uk.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please do not return items to us until we have acknowledged your request and instructed you to do so.

Have you received my return yet?

We'll let you know by email as soon as we receive your return and process your refund.

For UK returns, depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered to us.

For international returns, it can take between 7 and 18 days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for your return to reach us, depending on the service used.

Where is my refund?

If you have received email confirmation from us that we have processed your refund, but the payment has not yet reached your account, it is likely that it is still being processed by your payment provider.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to pass the refund on to you. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us so we can investigate.

Buy Now Pay Later

What is buy now pay later?

We accept payment by Klarna and Clearpay. These are buy now pay later (BNPL) services that let you shop now and pay for your order over time without interest.

The first payment is due at the time you make your purchase, with successive payments deducted from your chosen payment method at specified intervals.

BNPL is a form of short-term credit. Please use responsibly. Late fees may apply if you miss your payments.

What is Klarna?

We accept payment by Klarna. This is a services that allows you to buy now and pay later, spreading the cost without interest. 

The first payment is due at the time you make your purchase, with successive payments deducted from your chosen payment method at specified intervals.

To use Klarna you must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid credit or debit card.

Klarna is credit provided by Klarna Financial Services UK Limited. Late fees may apply if you miss your payments. Please use Klarna responsibly.

What is Clearpay?

We accept payment by Clearpay. This is a service that allows you to buy now and pay later, spreading the cost without interest. 

The first payment is due at the time you make your purchase, with successive payments deducted from your chosen payment method at specified intervals.

Clearpay is only available to permanent UK residents (excluding Channel Islands) aged 18 or over with a UK billing address.

Clearpay is credit provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd. Late fees may apply if you miss your payments. Please use Clearpay responsibly.

How do I use buy now pay later?

Shop in our online store and check out as normal. At checkout, choose Klarna or Clearpay as your payment method.

You will be redirected to Klarna's or Clearpay's website to register and provide your payment details. If you've used either service before, you'll just need to log in to your Klarna or Clearpay account.

Complete checkout in the the usual way.

If the option to select Klarna or Clearpay as a payment method is not displayed at checkout, that means these services are not offered in your country.

How do I return an item purchased with buy now pay later?

We handle Klarna and Clearpay returns in the same way as other returns. See our returns policy for how to request a return.

Please do NOT send your returns to Klarna or Clearpay. We'll process your return and tell Klarna or Clearpay to refund you.

Refunds for Klarna purchases will be processed by Klarna. Refunds for Clearpay purchases will be processed by Clearpay. Any upcoming payments you are due to make will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded to the card you paid with.
