How do I place an order?

Ordering from TEN OF CLUBS is simple. Browse our collections, choose your favourite designs, select your size and add them to your basket. Once you've completed checkout, we'll get your order packed and on its way to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. You can check out as a guest, or create an account if you'd like to save your details, track your orders and make future purchases quicker.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We’ll always do our best to help, but we move quickly to get your order packed and shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.

Can I add items to my order after checkout?

Once your order has been placed, we can't guarantee that additional items can be added. If you’d like to buy something else, the quickest option is to place a separate order.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, drop us a message and we'll help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Buy Now Pay Later options including Klarna and Clearpay.

How do TEN OF CLUBS sizes fit?

Our tees and hoodies are designed with a comfortable, relaxed fit. For the best fit, we recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you prefer a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

Where can I find your size guides?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements to help you choose the right fit. We recommend comparing these measurements with a favourite item you already own for the most accurate match.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing your usual size for a relaxed fit or sizing up if you prefer a roomier, oversized style.

Are all TEN OF CLUBS tees the same fit?

Most of our tees have a relaxed/regular fit, but some collections may have a different cut or style. Always check the product description and size guide before ordering — we'll clearly highlight any differences.

Are TEN OF CLUBS tees and hoodies good quality?

We take quality very seriously. Our clothing is made using premium materials, including heavyweight cotton tees and heavyweight hoodies, with designs created in-house and printed using high-quality and eco-friendly inks.

How should I wash my TEN OF CLUBS clothing?

To keep your TOC gear looking its best, we recommend washing inside out at 30°C, avoiding harsh detergents and letting it air dry where possible. This helps protect the fabric and keep your designs looking fresh for longer.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

It depends on the design. Some TOC pieces are limited drops and won't return once they're gone, while others may come back depending on demand. If there's something you don't want to miss, we recommend joining our mailing list or following us on social media for restock updates.

Are TEN OF CLUBS products ethically made?

We care about the impact of what we create. Our packaging uses recycled and recyclable materials, our hoodies are made using organic cotton, and 5% of every order is donated to Music Minds Matter to support mental health in music.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from?

All TEN OF CLUBS orders are packed and shipped from our UK studio. Every order is checked and packed by us before handing on to our courier.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are packed, labelled and handed to our courier within 24 hours. Orders placed after this time, or over weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

International delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free tracked shipping on all UK orders, with free international shipping on orders over £75.

Available shipping options and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Do I have to pay customs charges or import fees?

There should be no unexpected surprises. International orders are shipped using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning any applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and handled before delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unworn, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or design, simply return your original item and place a new order. This is the quickest way to make sure you get the item you want before it sells out.

How do I start a return?

Returns are quick and easy. Simply log into our self-service returns portal, select the item(s) you'd like to return and follow the on-screen instructions.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, although it may take a few working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Who pays for return postage?

Unless your item is faulty or we've made a mistake with your order, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning your item.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll put things right.

What is Buy Now Pay Later?

Buy Now Pay Later lets you spread the cost of your order over time, subject to eligibility and approval. We currently offer Buy Now Pay Later through Klarna and Clearpay.

How do I pay with Klarna or Clearpay?

Simply choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. If you're eligible, you'll be able to select the payment option that works best for you. Buy Now Pay Later is a form of credit. Please use it responsibly.

Can I return an item purchased with Klarna or Clearpay?

Yes. Our 30-day returns policy applies regardless of how you paid. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued in line with your payment provider's terms and conditions.
