Clearpay (Afterpay) is a buy now pay later payment method that lets you shop now and pay for your order in four bite-sized chunks, due every two weeks.

To use Clearpay you must be 18 or over and a permanent UK resident (excluding Channel Islands). Further criteria and terms and conditions apply.

HOW TO USE CLEARPAY

Browse the precious things of the shop, add them to your shopping cart, checkout as normal and select Clearpay as your payment method.

If you already have a Clearpay account, you'll be prompted to log in to complete your purchase.

If you're new to Clearpay, you can sign up while you're checking out by following the prompts. It's quick, simple, and you'll know within seconds if you've been approved.

You'll make the first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments taken from your chosen payment method every two weeks.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

There are no fees to pay unless you miss your payments. If you don't make your payments on time, late fees may apply.

You can log in to your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule or to make a payment before its due date, if you want to. Clearpay will also send you regular reminder notifications.

We ship Clearpay orders just as fast as other orders and usually within 24 hours.

CLEARPAY AND RETURNS

If you need to return your Clearpay purchase, book a return in the usual way. Returns are FREE for UK customers.

Please DO NOT return your items to Clearpay. Send them to us. When we receive them, we will notify Clearpay. Clearpay will then send your refund to you.
