Orders

While we don't currently have a feature that allows you to cancel your order, we can do so for you if you contact us before we ship it. Make sure to include your order number.

Payments, Promos, Gift Cards

All transactions made on our website are protected by SSL encryption. 

Check our URL and you'll see it starts with https instead of http. This means our site has an SSL certificate to secure data passing between your browser and our server. 

Click on the padlock symbol beside our URL and a message should appear confirming your connection is secure. (The exact wording may differ depending on your browser and/or device.)

You're right to be cautious - yes, we live in a world of avarice and deceit - but hopefully that's put your mind at rest.

While we all love a bargain, the TOC2000 supercomputer can accept only one gift card or discount code per order.

Shipping

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours. We're a small team, but we're pretty good at getting orders out quickly. We don't work on Sundays, unless we really have to, so that can sometimes add a day. The same goes for public holidays in the UK. But trust us, we'd rather have you wearing our garms than have them in our stockroom, so we'll always do our best to get your order to you as fast as we can.

All items ship direct from our UK studio in Banbury, England. All orders are tracked to your door.

Yes, we track all orders. When we ship your order we'll send you an email that includes your tracking number and a link to the courier tracking page.

It usually takes a few hours for tracking information to filter through, so don't panic if the link doesn't work immediately. Please check back later.

All orders are shipped from our UK studio. Orders shipped outside of the UK may incur an import and/or customs charge. Such charges are payable by the recipient on receipt of their parcel. We have no control over these charges, unfortunately.

As import and/or customs charges are dependent on the county the parcel is being shipped to, as well as the weight and value of its contents, we are unable to specify the exact cost of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details of current charges before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please return it for a refund and place a new order. Returns are free for UK customers. You can find information on how to return an item here.

All refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original payment. We'll send you a confirmation email when we process your refund.

We process refunds as fast as we can, but please allow up to 21 days before you start baying for our blood. It can sometimes take up to 14 days to receive your returns, and then up to 7 days for your refund to clear the banking system.

Possibly. Or possibly not. We usually make only limited quantities of each item. 

If you're interested in an item or size that's currently out of stock, get in touch and we'll see if we can add it to a future production run. Please note this is not always possible.

This does not apply to our hand-painted skateboards, all of which are one-off pieces.

Have we contacted you on social media to feature your content on our social media channels? If yes, it means we love your style!

Have you submitted your content to us for consideration for our Get Creative campaign? If yes, we'll review it and get back to you as soon as we can.

By submitting your content to feature on our social media channels, you agree that:

  • we can use your name, social media handle/username and the content ("the Content") on our website and/or on any of our social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok); and
  • we can edit, crop, adapt, enhance or modify the Content as we deem necessary.

You promise that:

  • the Content is the product of your own work;
  • you have the permission of everyone in the Content;
  • you have the right to grant us the above rights; and
  • you are at least 16 years of age.

If you, or anyone in the Content, asks us to remove the Content, we will remove it from our website and the social media accounts that we control.

You understand that other users of social media platforms can also share and make use of the Content once posted. A user of these platforms can take a screenshot and save an image of the Content to their device, for example, and share the Content on social media platforms or websites which feature the Content. 

If you do not want to grant the permissions set out above, do not send us your Content or give your consent for us to use it.
