We're stoked to announce we've teamed up with UK metal band Defects to create a special edition tee to celebrate the release of their hotly anticipated debut album.
If you've followed us for some time, you'll know we're big fans of Defects. The album 'Modern Error' drops on 24 May via Mascot Records. If you haven't already, make sure to check out the killer title track, steaming now on all platforms.
Defects have been making waves since tearing onto the scene with debut single ‘Scapegoat’ back in December 2021. Then came the critically lauded ‘Dream Awake’ EP in late 2022, followed by a succession of festival appearances, sellout shows and European tours.
With the release of ‘Modern Error’ just around the corner, Defects are ready to take on the world! We’ve heard 'Modern Error'. It does not disappoint. It's the album we’ve all wanted from Defects. The guys have knocked it out of the park!
Defects have a whole load of release shows planned to promote the album. We'll be there. We strongly urge that you are too. You need to see this band live.
We're so proud of this album and we want these release shows to be super special. With the album finally coming out, it’s time to really take a moment with everyone and celebrate.

We've previously been lucky enough to interview Defects frontman Tony Maue and drummer Harry Jennings for our alt rock & metal blog The Winchester. We’re super proud to have now also had this opportunity to work with the band to create this special edition tee.
TEN OF CLUBS were amongst the first people to really show us love and see the vision we have for the future. Having them on board for this exclusive tee is amazing! We can’t wait to bring the album and this tee to the masses!

Whether you are a long-time fan of Defects or discovering them from the first time, this extra special tee is the perfect way to look fresh and support for band.
